Refund policy

The Flower Shoppe by 89th and Autumn does allow for a refund of an item with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Our refund policy does not extend to perishable goods, including our fresh flowers and the natural materials in our dried bouquets and fresh & dried wreaths. We would love to "make it right" with you always so if you have a problem please contact us to see what we can do for you.
